2. Estimate the areas that need to be cleaned . Please be aware that if the estimate is incorrect, it will be changed by the operative upon final assessment of the property
3. Take some pictures of the areas mentioned and upload them to the Klean Keepers app (optional but will be helpful)
4. Cover the cost and once the operative attends for the service, changes might be made on the app before the work commences. Your initial cost will be deducted from your final bill if changes are made.
5. The cost will not be returned if the property is vacant or if cancelled last minute (minimum 24 hours before the time on commencement) .
6. Parking and congestion and ultra-low emissions charges may apply and you will be notified before work commences and needs to be covered along with the service ordered.
